Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Custom or personalized items may require 5-7 business days for processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States using the following methods:  USPS and UPS

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

International Shipping

We are currently unable to offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping Threshold: Orders totaling $75 or more (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Hazel Home Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require additional shipping fees.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at hello@hazelhomeco.com immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS only. Please note that delivery times may vary and expedited shipping options are not available for these addresses.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For items that have been damaged in transit, please email hello@hazelhomeco.com and include pictures of the damage. Pictures of the shipping box are helpful as well. Once we receive your email, we'll determine next steps. Emails for damages MUST be received within 10 days of delivery date. Anything received later than that will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Hazel Home Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your package and being available to receive it, or requiring a signature for delivery (available at checkout for an additional fee).

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or household members and look around your delivery location. If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, please contact us at hello@hazelhomeco.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Hazel Home Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you using the email address on file. Depending on the reason for return, we may reship your order (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund minus original shipping costs. If we do not hear from you within 14 days, a refund will be automatically processed minus the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

If you refuse delivery of your package, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs plus any return shipping fees charged by the carrier. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
